SHIPPING

Shipping of your special kreation(s) is subject to additional charges based on dimensions and weight of the box.  

Delivery Information:
Most orders are shipped within 5 business days from the date the order is received. Large orders can take 7 to 10 business days. Rush deliveries are available within the local delivery areas only.

Deliveries are made based on availability (discussed at time of order). Delivery charges start at $7.00. Rush deliveries (same day service) are $15.00 within the local delivery area only.

Deliveries outside the local delivery areas:
Pricing for deliveries outside of the local areas will be shipped via FedEx. For next day delivery, orders need to be placed before 12:00 p.m. the day before. Depending on the city destination, deliveries may incur an additional charge.

RETURN POLICY

GIFT BASKETS: If you're not satisfied or there is an issue with your order please let us know. Your kreation can be returned to us within 72 hours of delivery. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. Additionally, customers are responsible for shipping charges related to the return of goods. To initiate a return please call us at 832-791-1115 and we will be more than happy to assist you.

COLLECTION ITEMS: Purchaser must contact us within 5 days after order has been delivered.  You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us within 14 days of receipt to process a return.  Products must be in the same conditions you received it and it must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.  Including but not limited to the dust cover, poly bag, etc. The product must be unused.  Any damages made by the customer do not warrant an exchange or refund. and free of smoke to process a return.  If you do not follow these guidelines you will need to process a return items that are not eligible for cancellations.  

Cancellations 

Purchaser must contact us to cancel before an order has shipped.  If contacted within 24 hours of purchase we will process your cancellation and refund as soon as possible. If the items has already shipped you are then responsible 

Exchanges can be made within 14 days of receipt to process an exchange. You will need to reach out to us hello@svkreations.com

PRIVACY POLICY

Sonia's Vokalized Kreations LLC, your privacy is our promise. It is our policy not to disclose any customer information including your name, address, phone number, or email address to any third party. Your customer information is completely confidential and will not be traded or sold for any reason.

PRICING

Typically our single basket kreations range from $75 and up.  However, this does not include bulk orders such as bridesmaid proposal gifts, corporate fundraisers, etc.  Please fill our contact form and provide specific details of what you're looking for and well call or email you back within 24 hours with an estimate.  Please consider additional for a quote during our peak seasons.
