At SVK, we strive to provide excellent customer service and ensure your product satisfaction. Please review our refund policy regarding gifts and collection items below:
Gifts
If you are dissatisfied with your order or encounter any issues, please notify us promptly. All kustom gifts are non-refundable and returnable. Please note that all kwik gifts and marketplace may be returned within 7 calendar days. Additionally, customers are responsible for the shipping charges associated with the return of goods. Please get in touch with us to initiate a return; our team will be delighted to assist you.
Collection Items
For collection items, the purchaser must contact us within five days after the order has been delivered to request a return. You must ship the product to us within 3 days of receipt to process a return. The product must be in the same condition it was received, including the original packaging (e.g., dust cover, poly bag), and must be unused. Please note that any damages caused by the customer will not warrant an exchange or refund. The returned product must also be free of the smoke odor. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in ineligible returns or cancellations.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us before the order has shipped. We will process your cancellation and issue a refund as soon as possible if you reach out within 24 hours of purchase. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges if the item has already been shipped.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be made within 3 days of receipt. To initiate an exchange, please get in touch with us at info@svkreations.com, and we will guide you through the process.
Additional Information
We hold no liability for any lost or stolen packages, except in cases where the shipping information provided was inaccurate when sent out. In the event of such an occurrence, we will replace the package's contents with an item of the same or similar nature. As a gesture of goodwill, we offer a 25% discount on the replacement. For added security, customers can choose to opt-in for our sign-on delivery option on our kustom gift form.
